OUR APPROACH
Practical. Collaborative. Child-led.
Movement through play
Obstacle courses, balls, climbing, and motivating games are used to practice functional movement skills.
Task-specific practice
Children practice the actual movements that matter in their lives, such as getting from the floor, using stairs, or keeping up during play.
Home routines
Families receive safe, manageable movement ideas that can be repeated between visits without turning home into a clinic.
